Project Apple - Horizontal Merger & Acquisition in Telecommunication
Drove and completed country's First and biggest Merger in Telecommunication sector between Robi Axiata Limited and Airtel Bangladesh Limited. The Merger including the people transition from Airtel was a flawless one where no Legal or Industrial Relations related issue needed to be encountered.

Project Panipath - Driving Additional Revenue through Strategic Initiatives
This project was launched as an outcome of Senior Level Strategic Meeting to ensure yearly revenue target of 2014:
1. Target set for each division and departments to deliver incremental revenue on top of the set target
2. Device out a collaboration plan to support each other to ensure each other delivery
3. Daily Strategic meeting conducted to monitor the progress to ensure end result
4. Resulted in successful year closing with committed incremental revenue in delivering top level company result.

Launched a learning intervention platform for the sales people. It played a huge motivational role for all sales staffs as they can see their clear career path. Contributed positively on sales growth.

Project Kepler - Forming a new Joint Venture to establish a 'Mobile Financial Service' provider
Forming up a new 'Mobile financial service' as Joint Venture between Axiata and the Trust Bank. It named as 'Trust Axiata Pay' . Successfully completed the organization and HR transformation part with Zero dispute both at Employee Relations and Regulatory level.

Project Hawaii - Compliance & Governance Function Consolidation
Centralizing all the compliance and governance functions under one umbrella with Zero redundancy and Zero hinderence at operational front.It was done through a structural change at organization level. Strategic communication was the key to success of this project. It helped to optimize around 40% resources who were engaged in this kind of roles without any redundancy of people.
